Coming up in the Jim Crow south and being treated differently from the white race at that time. Even if we are older, there is still hope and this book is a great place to start healing from the inside out.. Highly recommended.. It has great photography and easy to read, informative text. Amelia Bedelia has always been a great favorite of mine. But hard for me to believe. I purchased this book for my 9 yr old son for Christmas and we read it together. You'll enjoy this!.
