With step-by-step guidance that all business professionals can easily follow, Customer-Centered Supply Chain Management shows you how to plan, design, install, and manage a well-synchronized, customer-led supply chain process with virtually no defects in parts and subsystems. Even better, you'll see how to take this giant step forward without losing an hour of ongoing business! Stressing the current (as-is) state of your organization - because that's where you start from - supply/logistics expert Fred Kuglin gives you the "acid-test" questions you should ask to determine if your company is positioned to: meet the quality demands of the next several years, do business globally, and build the bridge from the current (as-is) state to the future (to-be) state.

They like the sight of tears and emotions in front of the camera. If using this book as a guide, you can lose weight and feel better with more enegy.. If you have a complex realignment of the business to deliver, this is good value.
However, there is NO direction as to HOW to determine the needs of the customer in terms that will fit the value/supply chain factors.
The direction to do this is paramount in the book, but alas there is not much on how to find and assess customer value determinants in ways that these can fit the supply chain drivers.
My PhD is on this need to retro fit customer value to a supply chain - I got a few good set up quotes but no direction as to how to make it happen.. It is said that the root of an illness is in the mind/consciousness. Nonetheless the idea makes a point in showing the importance of dividend reinvestment policies.

Besides this minor mistake, the book is an excelent read and guide to the stock market.. However from there
