For a person dealing with controlling any sort of emotion, it is helpful to have tips listed in a way that can be tackled one at a time. From a theoretical perspective, the book might add value, but it is only of limited practical use.. Ashlyn was pretty self-aware of herself, she knew that she was being silly, and didn't want to be one of those girls who was obsessive and paranoid, but with her new powers it was understandable as to why she felt that way.
