Other people just see it as a continuation of the stories they've already grown to know and love. I haven't read this book since I was a teenager but I remember loving it. It is a very insightful read where leadership's purpose is defined as the creation of leaders, not followers.The model that is used "Five Star Power" has been developed by Carl and it has been proven on different organizations in different parts of the world with great success.It is a very interesting read because it is a living example of the process being applied with the positive and negative aspects of real world issues given in detail, facts that any person in a leadership role will find very useful.
